False ... well kinda ... spring saw enough rain to remove us from the list of areas suffering from severe drought ... but, it's been dry since then and the ground is starting to show it. Yesterday we got some rain, but, we'll probably need some more to get things back on track.
You usually wear a hat when you go out into the bright sun.
