yes, i do believe in them... i have seen them in both totally benign and incredibly threatening circumstances. i've heard things on the monitor, too but i'm more inclined to think the monitor is just sharing a channel with a nearby portable or cellular phone.
i'm not sure if it's ghosts as they are defined in the traditional sense...perhaps electromagnetic disturbances that re-play themselves over?...sort of a space/time thing?
eliza...do you have a crib bumper? if not, get one...if you do, when you make the crib tuck it down between the mattress and the slats and tie the ties up real tight.
