I'm sure it's fine, and tend towards what PF said....just a 'scab' in the mouth that means it's healing well.

I lost a small clot after childbirth (not from my mouth obviously) and I panicked like mad until I showed it to my midwife (she asked me to 'save' it for her - eewwww) and she just went 'Oh no, don't worry about that....if it was the size of a 50p piece or bigger, then I'd be concerned'
