Nope you can have one now. Just go to UserCP then Edit Options. Scroll down to the bottom to change AV. Enjoy.

I believe it's the old U.S.S.R. flag naughtyangel. I'm not sure what the flag of Russia looks like now...but that looks like the old sickle and hammer to me!

That's exactly what it is...................The old Soviet Union flag.

I believe the umbrellia of the Union of Soviet Scocialist Republics included this official flag for the country of Russia since it replaced the Zar’s Imperial Russian flag.

I can't get a background that will contrast the white of the top third of the flag.

It's three, equal, horizontal stripes of white, blue and red, top to bottom.:(
