We've hit 20 already!!!!!!!!! :yikes: I'd like to propose a couple options and would like some feedback on which you think is more do-able.
1) Start a new list for a second box to be started a week after the first box goes out

2) Keep adding names to the list and just split the main list on 6/26 and send out more than one box at a time, tracking them all.

3) Cap the list at the 20 we have and get it started.

4) Don't cap the list til 6/26 and send a bigger box, sending this first box to all on the list.

BTW I'm very excited that so many of you are willing to try this out!!!!

I personally would like to see the first box make the test run. I’m certain we’ll learn where the potholes are and perhaps tweak our format with minimum cost, loss or disappointment.

I see nothing wrong with starting the list for Voyeur II, … I mean Voyager II, for the next launch after we have learned something.

Let’s just hurry and get this going so I can get all these old engine blocks out of my back yard and shipped to WildIrish. :D

even though I'm not playing this go around, I think we should cap it off at 20 people. At 3-4 days of travel time for the package in between people (best case) that's nearly 60-80 days if no one holds on to it for very long... that's a long time! I think that needs to be a consideration, not to mention the weight of the package. It could become quite heavy and costly to ship around the world.

Nahhhhhh honestly I think pixies members will be considerate and try to make it as light as possible. I'm thinking there will be lots of pic and panties and vids that wouldn't be posted. maybe some special toys for a special someone.... wedding presents, baby gifts. :) a memento or two from a good time......... :)

It might also be a good idea just to save on shipping costs to make the list flow from closest pixie from one starting point to furthest. For instance starting in ca and going to washington instead of CA to NY then to washington then FL and back and forth as such.

Keeping the weight and size of the box to a minimum should be a priority to all.....interstate shipping and international shipping can be expensive and may become prohibitive to some

Not to mention it will take forever to pass it around 30 or more people....more fun to get it postal now and back sooner so we can see what arrives at the final destination (maybe the last person can take some pics to show some of what arrived)....A few boxes on the move will make for a not so long wait for those not participating who wish to know what arrived and maybe pique their interest in having a go with any future boxes

I'd love to play, and maybe I will, eventually. My only problem right now is I do't have reliable transportation to my PO to pick up or drop off mail on a regular or timely basis. My van has been down for a few months, and I don't expect to have another for a couple more months. But if this is successfull and comes around again in two or three months then I'll definitely sign up.

Yes we are going to keep to the original cap of 20 and I will start a new list the minute we get the first box in the mail. Of course peeps can participate in more than one if they really desire. Since we are already capped I'm going to post a poll to see who should start the box and get the package going. Keep in mind the first person is also the last person.

Pictures would be good. Plus, with the new rules (thanks again big brother) that's about the only sort of thing we can post

If we put personalized items in the box...and the box has already been to those you want to send the item to....What happens there?

Is it ya can only put it in if there name hasnt come up on the received list yet?

If there are left over items that belong to specific peeps, if DB mails me them I can mail them out to each person.

I would suggest that you try to stick to just whoever has not posted that they got it already, but I can understand how people at the end of the list may want to get something to peeps who were towards the beginning. I just might have to be go between in that case.

I really dont want you or any other picking up the tab for sending out extra things...just mulling it over and figured others maybe thinking the same thing
