Maybe try the inside of the thighs, high up, where even shorts would cover. I am not into breaking of the skin, so I am no expert here.

I disagree with bucksman. If you'd like to get back into ICT's good graces with biting, you need to start slowly and softly. Sucking the neck and earlobes, eventually involving the teeth. Because you already got in trouble, you need to take it easy. Don't get greedy. I love to be bitten. Ears, neck, shoulders, nipples.....and I like it pretty hard. Not everyone is like that. You need to find her thresholds.
