sodaklostsoul 12-02-2005 03:53 PM

LOL...so true!!! But since I would be the one mailing it, I don't think he would mind. LOL
Course I have between now and next summer to sex him up! :D

dicksbro 12-02-2005 04:14 PM

Woot its nearing the big reveal time

Lilith 12-03-2005 06:57 AM

May take me a bit to get it mailed. Also I removed anything that was left that was labeled to a specific member and will mail those items to them, at this time.

dicksbro 12-04-2005 06:44 AM

I wonder just how many miles Package 1 has covered. Several tens of thousands I suppose. You said it, IWM, "WOW!"

Well we should all figure it out.

The package left my door and travelled 595 miles

IAKaraokeGirl 12-04-2005 09:34 AM

<---now knows about how long it would take to go visit Bibi. :D

Lilith 12-04-2005 10:58 AM

OK! I've put in my additions and have it all taped and addressed so it's just going to be a matter of getting off early enough to get to the post office.

Remember to allow for freshening up time too after you get off! :)

Lilith 12-04-2005 11:09 AM

The post office dudes might like me coming in looking like a skank ;)

The package traveled 615 miles after it left me. With Bibi’s 595, that’s 1,210 miles.

For the USA players, you can use Map Quest and just enter the zip codes. It will fill in the city and state and give you the distance.

osuche 12-04-2005 12:22 PM

From me to Coaster took 3199.66 miles

From fredchabotnik to me took 2130 miles

IAKaraokeGirl 12-04-2005 12:38 PM

According to my sources, it was approximately 669.21 miles from my door to PF's. ;)

PantyFanatic 12-04-2005 12:50 PM

With OSUCHE's and IAKG's additions, that's 7,208.87 miles.

(wait until DB adds his :D )

Cheyanne 12-04-2005 01:39 PM

From us to BIBI it was 890 miles! (I rounded the 4/10 of a mile up) :D

PantyFanatic 12-04-2005 02:05 PM

Did you include the 13-1/2 miles around the inside of your post office? ;) LOL

That makes 8,098.87 miles.

BIBI 12-04-2005 02:07 PM

I knew we could depend on you to keep a running count! :)

Thank you, Lilith. (and only one way to find out :slurp:) I'm glad you liked the cd, it was a blast making it!

I can't believe how far this travelled. It was such a great idea.

9457 miles :) give or take a few once it started it's travels from Australia

PantyFanatic 12-05-2005 04:21 AM

I’m guessing Package # 1 traveled 19,217.51 miles from DB to FallenAngel5. :)

DB – Los Angles 1,949.3
LA – Brisbane 7,168 ( x 2 = 14,336)
Brisbane – Alasse 163km ( 101.28 miles) (x 2 = 202.56)
LA – FallenAngel5 2729.65

If this is right, our package traveled 27,316.38 miles or 43,880.07 km, or around the world 1.095 times (at the equator).

Boy! :) I can’t wait for the rest of the numbers to come in. :D

:jump: <--- crazy man with pencil & slide rule jumping up and down smilie

dicksbro 12-05-2005 05:20 AM

PF I'm impressed ... your guesses got down to the 10ths and 100ths of a mile. Wow. ... hmmm ... wait a minute ... did I go by the gas station first ... that could add 2/10ths. Nah, we'll forget that. :D

WildIrish 12-06-2005 03:46 PM

Though directions indicate that Lilith and I are seperated by a mere 1183 miles...because I sent the package UPS, it spent some time driving around the neighborhood in the big brown truck. :p

LOL

Now if we were using SOMEBODY'S GPS address system, we could figure ANY location and distance on the planet within 9 feet (3m), and ANYBODY that understood 10 Arabic numerals (even if they did not speak the language) and EVERY automated addressing system and mail sorting machine in the world could work the same and EVERY delivery company, truck and driver would know EXACTLY where they were going without delay or empirical knowledge. :D

 <--- some map freak smilie

Lilith 12-06-2005 06:14 PM

It's back in the hands of the US Postal Service :D

maddy 12-11-2005 12:06 PM

PantyFanatic 12-11-2005 12:13 PM

I'm sure poor DB is deep into a major Power Point presentation preparation.
